Yoga For Muslimah

Bukhari has related in his Saheeh from the hadeeth of Ibn Abaas: Ibn Abbas reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “There are two blessings which many people waste: health and free time” … (Zaad al-Ma’aad 4/196).

This private group classes for Muslimahs is designed to teach beginners the basic poses so that they can reap the health and strength benefits of yoga. Students begin in season 1 as beginners with each season the students will progress in terms of fitness and difficulty of poses.
